Peter Lown, trading as Bristol Men's Fire, is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

What we collect and why

  • Name, email, phone — to take and manage your booking and contact you about sessions (contract).
  • Account login details — if you create an account, to let you view your bookings (contract).
  • Technical data (IP address, device/browser info) — to keep the site secure and working (legitimate interests).

Nothing shared inside the circle is recorded or collected.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers who host and run this site.
  • Our payment provider, Stripe, for processing sales, payments, tax and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers (e.g. accountants) where needed.
  • Authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are used.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 6 years for accounting purposes, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to use of your data, and withdraw consent. We respond within one month. To exercise any of these rights, email peter.lown@wishtreefilms.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies and storage needed to keep you signed in and complete payments. We don't use advertising cookies.
