These terms apply to your use of this website and to bookings for Bristol Men's Fire sessions. The service is provided by Peter Lown, trading as Bristol Men's Fire ("we", "us"). When you book, you are contracting with Peter Lown.

By using this site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

The service

We offer fortnightly men's fire circle sessions at Haven Community Garden, Bristol, bookable as a single drop-in or a six-session block. Sessions are peer gatherings, not therapy or professional advice. You must be 18 or over to book.

Your account

Please give accurate details when booking and keep any account login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
• No infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
• No interfering with site security — including malware, probing or scraping.
• Respect the confidentiality and safety of others in the circle.

Intellectual property

We own this website, its content and the Bristol Men's Fire name and branding.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are covered by Stripe's terms of service. See also our Refund Policy.

Availability

We do our best, but we don't guarantee the site or sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. Sessions may move or be rescheduled due to weather or circumstances.

Suspension

We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious conduct issues.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
